what we’ve done > AIP Live
client: AIP
date: April 2024
industry: Wellness
CLIENT BRIEF
The event aim was to inspire attendees, providing the ultimate experience, through Holly’s story, a wide variety of motivational speaker sessions, and a bespoke guest journey, leaving them with a sense of deeper motivation to become the best version of themselves.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We sourced and contracted The Point at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester—an iconic venue large enough to accommodate the full vision, including a shopping village, five themed stages, chill-out zones, and an on-site after party. From pre-production through to live delivery, every member of the Make Events team had a hand in creating a show-stopping experience. Our in-house creative studio crafted a bold and beautiful brand identity that ran across every touchpoint—from stage design and video content to decor, print, and workbooks.
The main stage featured an opening keynote from Holly Moore, Make Events and AIP Founder, who shared her powerful personal journey. Breakout stages covered key topics like Start Ups & Side Hustles, Finance, Health & Wellbeing, Career, and Home & Lifestyle. A curated speaker line-up included standout names like Em the Nutritionist, Baroness Helena Morrissey DBE, Gethin Jones, and many more. The shopping village spotlighted independent retailers with a mental health, wellness or fashion focus, while guests enjoyed hospitality throughout, including a Central Perk-style Make Events lounge.

A NOTE FROM OUR TEAM
“This year’s AIP Live was more than a conference—it was a movement. Seeing guests laugh, cry, connect, and leave changed reminded us why we’re in this business. It was a huge team effort, and one of our proudest moments to date.”
