CLIENT BRIEF
As a longstanding events partner to Co-op, Make Events were entrusted with delivering a large-scale Trade Show supported by an industry body. The brief was to bring together 1,000 suppliers, stakeholders, and internal representatives for a full day of networking, showcasing, and conversations themed around “Co-operating for Growth.” The challenge was to design an exhibition space that was both functional and future-facing—reflecting Co-op’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and partnership.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
We conceptualised and delivered a fresh, clean, and sustainable exhibition design. The layout encouraged natural flow throughout the space, with tailored footprints for each exhibitor and prominent positioning for Co-op’s key departments. A central stage acted as the anchor, supported by flown projection screens at either end. These screens streamed live content from the Auditorium, allowing delegates to continue networking while still engaging with the day’s agenda.
The space also featured bespoke activations to bring Co-op’s own brand and messaging to life, making abstract values tangible and memorable. From creative production to intricate logistics, our team managed every detail to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for all 1,000 attendees.
